Our apologies. The Passport stickers were designed to be placed in the exact location on the parking meters to maximize visibility as the driver parks. We strongly support the message on the BIKE stickers. When we saw the them we contacted our Bicycle Advisory Committee to inquire into who placed the stickers on the meters or where to get replacement stickers so that we could coordinate replacements. Unfortunately they had no knowledge of the stickers, who placed them there, or where we could secure replacements.
