Abandoned Bike at 1–59 Verndale St

Abandoned bike left for days and weeks in end in Verndale. Can someone please address this? Should not be attached to public signage for long periods of time and blocking trash pick up and sidewalk access.

Abandoned bike across from 9 Verndale. The bike had been hooked up to this sign for about 8 days. Every time the police leave a ticket, they move the bike to a different pole for days on end. Please address.
