Dead tree on property, reported this several months ago . Concern that the tree is dead and will fall on house, pedestrian, and possibly in addition pull out roots and damage gas line beneath . Requested arborist to analyze and that request was made in June of 2018 and there was no feedback . Other neighbors concerned as well .
