Trash cans once again are left in the sidewalk all day long obstructing passage for everyone including strollers, people with walkers and wheelchairs. I took this photo when I arrived home from work at around 6pm. It is at 60 Beals street. (Not sure the map function worked.) please see photo. Further the bins are left open collecting rain and are not fully emptied leaving trash wet and rotting over the next week.
