Unshoveled/Icy Sidewalk at 96 Grove St, Chestnut Hill

Could we get this stairwell shoveled and salted which is located in the rear of the wall hill cemetery. Also if it's not asking too much, to ask the crew to do it on a regular basis after every snowstorm?
