sidewalk left unshoveled: this is the eighth winter that i have lived in this neighborhood. this sidewalk has not been cleared once after any snowstorm since i've been here. please address. we are tired of seeing elderly folks, people with baby carriages and our local mail carrier being forced to walk in the street after it snows.
