E side ped pushbutton for E-W Carlton crossing in median is malfunctioning. Voice keeps repeating WAIT and LED stays on, but no walk signal unless button is pressed again. Fails to reset after giving walk signal. Voice WAIT and LED on continue even during walk phase. And oh yes (minor point) the arrows point in opposite directions.
